Would you like an award winning Thai Chef to cook, serve and clear up in the comfort of your own home so that you can spend more time with your guests?
Lek Sansom was the Chef/Patron of the Beau Thai Restaurant in Solihull which won many awards including the Birmingham Evening Mail Restaurant of the Year. After 11 successful years the restaurant was sold in 2005 and after a 2 year break Lek opened Silk Thai in Hall Green. In 2008 the Birmingham Mail rated this as serving the best Thai food in the west Midlands. Due to personal reasons this closed and Lek has resumed offering her renowned home service which proved very popular in the periods when not running her restaurants.
Lek prepares all your choices before arriving at your house where she will cook, wait on table and clear and wash up for you leaving no trace of her visit.
The dishes in the menu reflect the most popular dishes enjoyed by guests over the years but if you have any special requests such as Sea Bass or Duck dishes or extra chillies all you need do is ask. All choices can be prepared as Gluten Free apart from Filo dishes. Peanuts are used in Peanut sauce only and Cashews where mentioned in stir fried meals.

Extra dishes can be added for additional cost.

Buffet 15 - 40 Diners - £25. 00 per person (incl. clearing up).
